How does Great America Shave Plans work?

It easy as 1-2-3, just select the shave or beard plan that you want, select your frequency, create a profile, check out, and receive great products from us. You have complete control of your profile, cancel at any time.

What do I get with the Basic Shave Plan?

With your first order, you will get a reusable handle and one-month supply of blades, your choice of either 3 or 5 blades. Then you will continue to receive additional blades based on your shave requirements, every 1, 2, or 3 months.

Why should I subscribe for one of Great America Shave or Beard plan?

Because we conveniently delivery high quality American Made razors and all-natural shave and beard care products to your doorstep. No trips to the grocery store and no waiting on grocery clerk to unlock razor cabinets. Plus, when your purchase shave & beard care products you are supporting our American Troops serving overseas. When you purchase, we donate much needed shave care products.

Are there any hidden fees to join?

Absolutely not, you pay for only what we ship to your home, business, office or dorm.

Does Great America charge for shipping?

All orders ship FREE within the contiguous United States. Currently we do not ship internationally, but plan to do so in the near future.

How many blades will I receive with my subscription?

You will receive a full cassette with 4 replacement cartridges with each shipment.

How long will it take for shave and beard products to arrive to my doorstep?

In most cases, 5-10 days. Also understand that there are circumstances outside of our control that could delay your shipment. Our goal is to get your products to your doorstep within an acceptable timeframe.

Can women use your razors?

For sure, in fact many of our lady customers indicate that they prefer the men’s 5 blade razor for shaving their legs. Some even say that they get a better shave with men razor then they do with lady razors.

Can I change profile information in my account?

Yes, log into your account, just click onto your profile. You can update your information for any reason, any time, at your convenience.

I don’t shave that often; do I have to receive blades every month?

No, you can decide how often to receive your blades. You can choose to receive shave and beard care products every 1, 2 or 3 months. We can’t see why anyone would want a drawer full of blades collecting dust.

How often should I change my blade?

We found that each blade was good for 6-9 shaves. Of course, it all depends on how often you shave. We highly recommend that you change your blade once a week. You might be able to use blades beyond 9 shaves, but not recommended due to hygiene issues.

Do you test any of your products on animals?

Absolutely not, we will never test on animals or support the inhumane treatment of any animal, wild or domestic.

Do I have to sign up for a Shave or Beard subscription to purchase products?

No, for one-time product purchases, just click and purchase directly from our Shop Page. We hope that you are so impressed our products that you sign up for one of our subscription plans for your convenience to save time and money.

What payment types do Great America Shave accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Does Great America offer discount codes for shave and beard subscription plans?

Yes, in order to gain new customers, we feel that it is important to offer discounts and perks to new and existing customers. If you want to be the first to learn about promotional and discount offers just share your email address with us in the section, “Become a Great America Shave Club Member” at the bottom of the page.

Do I need to contact Great America to cancel my subscription?

You have full and complete control over your subscription. On the subscription management page, you can change the status of a subscription. Actions include the following:
• To temporarily pause a subscription, click SUSPEND.
• To resume a suspended subscription, click REACTIVATE.
• To permanently stop a subscription, click CANCEL.

What happens if I lose or damage my handle, can I order a replacement handle?

Yes, go directly to our Shop Page to order replacement, check out, then your replacement will be on the way.

Can we purchase Great America Shave products in retail stores?

We wish, this is something that we would love to see happen. But until then you will have to be content with purchasing on our website. And while you are here check out our blog, sign up for our newsletter and enter our monthly giveaway.

How much money can I save by using Great America Shave?

There are many factors in determining how much you would save; including where you shop, how often you shave and the quality of the blades. Many of our customers tell us that they save 50% or more over other Shave Care providers. This information has not been verified by us, we trust what our customers tell us. However, we strongly encourage consumers to conduct their own research and price comparison to determine how much they could save.

How can you afford to offer FREE Shipping?

We usually don’t answer a question with a question. But we will, how can we not afford to offer FREE Shipping? During our initial research, potential customers indicated that free shipping factored into their buying decision. We listened!

How durable are your blades for shaving one’s head?

Our blades aren’t meant for shaving your head. They have been design for shaving facial hair. For this reason, we ask that you use our razor for its intended use, to shave facial hair.

Where are your products made?

Our blades are made in the United States. Our handles are imported. Our Shave and Beard Care products are made in small batches, hand packed, and labeled in the United States.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order or product?

If you are unhappy with your order or product, just contact us. We will do our best to make you happy. We understand that one unhappy customers could result in a loss of 10 potential customers. We will do our BEST! When you are satisfied with the results, just promise us that you will share your positive experience with 10 of your closest friends and family members.
